【辨析】agree .with，agree to和agree on

agree with后面除了可以接表示人的名词或代词外，还可以接表示观点、意见、想法的词或what引导的从句。如：I quite agree with you，我完全同意你的意见。

agree to后可接表示建议、条件、计划、安排等的名词。agree to do sth．表示同意做某事。如：He agrees to travel with me through the national parks．他同意和我一起游览国家公园。（天津高考）

agree on/upon后常接协议、计划、日期等。指两方或多方就某个问题取得了一致的意见或达成某种协议，其主语就是某意见取得一致看法的各方，常用复数。如：Both sides have agreed on the terms of how to carryout technical exchange through discussion．双方通过讨论就如何进行技术交流达成了协议。
