agree to	表示同意（答应，接受）某人的建议（安排，计划等）,to可以是介词，如：agreeto a project/a proposal/an arrangement 等，也可以是动词不定式符号，如：agree to do sth.。
agree with	表示与某人有相同的看法，或者对某种意见（看法，解释）表示（赞成），如：agree with sb./sb.’s idea/sb.’sopinion/sb.’s words等；也可以表示某种食物适合某人。
